Our Pilot Open House was a tremendous success, and we are truly grateful for the incredible turnout and enthusiasm we saw throughout the day. It was exciting to welcome so many prospective tenants, neighbours, and community members who took the time to visit, tour the unit, and learn more about the vision behind this project. Events like this are an important milestone because they allow us to connect directly with the people who will help shape the future of the community, while also giving everyone a clearer picture of what these new homes will offer in terms of comfort, design, and livability. The energy and thoughtful conversations we experienced made it clear that there is strong interest in what is being built, and we appreciate the support and feedback from everyone who attended.

As we move closer to our occupancy start this November, we are excited to be bringing new homes into Blatchford and contributing to the growing momentum of this vibrant neighbourhood. Seeing the project come to life and watching the community’s excitement build has been incredibly rewarding, and we look forward to welcoming residents who will be part of the next chapter here.
